Care & Maintenance

How to take care of your quartz surface

Enduro Quartz combines absolute beauty and class with strenth and elegance. Simple and routine care will maintain the infinite beauty this surface has to offer. We recommend warm water and a mild detergent with a non-abrasive pad to clean your Enduro Quartz. No sealing is required on any of our quartz surfaces as they are non-porous, therefore making the product virtually maintenance free.

Stubborn stains? No Stress! Scrape away excess dirt with a plastic scraper then use a damp cloth to remove any marks.

If extra stubborn stains persists, simply use a non-scrath scotch brite pad with chemico pink.

Although Enduro Quartz is non-porous the surface can be compromised like any other surface by strong chemical exposure. Products that must be avoided include:

  • Acid
  • Oven cleaners
  • Paint remover, products containing Trichlorethane or Methylene
  • Products with PH 8.5 or higher
  • Bleach
  • Oil soaps

In the unfortunate event of your surface exposed to any of these products, rinse immediately with clean water and dry. In the event of you not being able to remove a stain simply call Enduro Customer Care on
072 600 6547 for professional assistance.

high heat resistance

Enduro Quartz is heat resistant but not heat proof. Exposure to extreme sudden heat and cooling may cause damage to the surface. We suggest the use of a trivet or a hot pad. We do not recommend using Enduro Quartz on fire places or areas where the product is exposed to direct heat of more than 140°C.

high scratch resistance

Enduro Quartz is scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Like any other surface it can be damaged by excessive force. Avoid high impact exposure like hammers, screw drivers and sharp objects directly onto the surface.
